In the previous post I told that my objective. To full fill my objective I have chosen Traditional knowledge pattern and this infact all our scientists are being practiced since ages to develop not only medical knowledge but also all other fields.
For example I would like to tell one example that I found out by the above said pattern.
Insomnia this is ,in our common language called, SLEEPLESSNESS. It is an important health problem of this generation especially in young and old age people. Why because our life-style is like that. So try to think is it possible to solve this trouble why don't?

Every day before to bed you get 3/4th of table spoon from the bottle and not swallo only chew it on the tongue.Then get milk if it is/consume one glass of water. try this three weeks and you get very good results.
Ashwagandha generates more heat in you body so please consume more water if needed. There is no other problem.
In case of Low- Blood pressure cases only 1/4th spoon should be taken.
